Dr. Wallace Brucker
Dr. Wallace Brucker is an Orthopedic Surgeon with over 20 years of general orthopedic surgery experience. As a US Army reserve officer, he traveled extensively offering medical care in combat situations and has seen and treated devastating limb injuries. Additionally, he worked with the elite soldiers of the US Army Special Forces, Navy SEALs, Airborne and Aviation units to optimize wellness, mentally and physically. With a focus on preservation of limb and function, he continues to perform artificial joint replacements of the hip and knee, arthroscopic intervention to extend cartilage lifespan and meniscal function and medical management to decrease metabolic effects of cartilage wear.
Dr Brucker pursued additional professional training completing his fellowship in functional medicine through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. Now with 13 years of experience in this field, his practice incorporates genetic testing, studies and screening methods with more traditional diagnostic modalities to get at the root causes of diseases and through personalized patient plans address abnormalities through medication, nutraceuticals, lifestyle modifications and patient funded research in the fields of exosome and human cellular products (“stem cells”).

Margaret Brucker, PA-C
Margaret Brucker, PA-C is a dedicated and highly skilled Physician Assistant with more than 30 years of experience in medicine, with a strong foundation in general orthopedics and a more recent focus on regenerative medicine. Her extensive background includes work in both outpatient clinical settings and surgical environments, where she has served as a first assistant in numerous operative procedures. Throughout her career, Margaret has managed all aspects of orthopedic care—from initial patient evaluations and detailed histories to physical examinations, diagnostic testing, and in-office procedures such as intra-articular injections, wound care, and fracture management.
Currently based in Las Vegas, Nevada, Margaret oversees Longevity Lab. Her clinical interests include hormone replacement therapy (HRT), medically guided weight reduction programs using GLP-1 inhibitors, IV infusion treatments, and orthopedic evaluations and treatments. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) through 2032 and holds additional certification and fellowship status with the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M). Margaret is licensed to practice in Nevada, Colorado, and Utah.
Margaret earned her Bachelor of Science degree and completed her Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Texas Medical Branch in 1990. She has also received specialized training in the preparation and administration of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections.
In her personal life, Margaret is a former military spouse, married, and the proud mother of three adult children. She brings compassion, precision, and a patient-centered approach to every aspect of her work in healthcare.
